Making a VideoCD in Ulead MediaStudio Pro 6.0
- First you will need to convert your video files to MPEG-1, the format that is
used in VideoCD .
Open the Video Editor in MediaStudio Pro 6.0
- Click on "File" => "Convert" => "Video File"

Select your source video file to be converted to mpeg-1. VideoCD needs to be in a very specific format.
mPEG-1, 352x288 Pal, Video bitrate=1150 kbps, audio bitrate = 224 kbps, stereo.

Click on the "Save As type" listbox in the "Select Destination Video File" Window. Select MPEG.
- Click on "options".
- In the general tab of the "Video Save Options" Window , select "Audio and Video" , 25 Frames/sec, and frame size
of 352X288 (if Pal, NTSC=)

In the "Compression" tab, select Mpeg 1 as Media type, 1150 for the Video Data Rate, Stereo Audio Type, 224 Audio bitrate, and
Audio Frequency is 44100 Hz. Click "OK".
- Put in a Filename in the textfield and click "Save".

The file will be rendered and could take several minutes.Remember what you called it and where you saved it.
